DockExtender allows you to minimize dock clutter by allowing you to create DockExtender Menus that fit right into the dock.

These menus contain lists of programs that are completely configurable by you. This greatly enhances the clean look of the dock, and improves speed and usability of the dock.
Here are some key features of "Dock Extender":
Create up to 10 custom menus with as many items, submenus and separators as you want
Launch applications, run AppleScripts, open web pages or documents, mount AppleShare drives, and more from any DockExtender menu
Access menus from the Dock, menu bar or via a custom HotKey
Create multiple custom Dock configurations and switch between them from any DockExtender menu
Access the current contents of a folder from a submenu
Use a HotKey shortcut to open a menu, then navigate the menu from the keyboard
Choose your own icon for each DockExtender menu in the Dock
Unlock the hidden Dock "pinning" feature and put your Dock at either end of your screen.
What's New:
Fixed a problem where some Carbon applications caused folders to appear as items and not submenus in DockExtender menus, while other "Bundle" files appeared as submenus instead of items.
Added "Quit DockExtender" DockExtender Command item to allow you to quit DockExtender.
Attempting to name a MultiDock configuration with a ":" or "/" character is now disallowed since configuration files were not being created properly in these instances.
HotKey fields now use the active localized key mapping instead of US Standard.
Fixed a problem with MultiDock menu selector and Wacom tablet driver
Fixed a problem where a corrupted font installed by HP printer drivers could crash the installer and the preference pane.
