Address2pine is a freeware utility which converts OS X addressbook contacts to a tab delimited .addressbook file designed to be used by the mail application, pine.

What's New:

Addressbook2pine is now much more stable, faster, and is completely compatible with OS X 10.3 and higher!

There is now a preference file which is created and save to ~/Library/Preferences/com.collinatorstudios.addressbook2pine.plist

The program can now be run in "pine2addressbook" mode where it will import all contacts from a pine .addressbook file and import them into OS X Address Book. Each successfully imported contact is automatically added to the group "addressbook2pine" for easy tracking purposes.

After the conversion has completed, on clicking the disclosure triangle, there is now more detailed successful import/contact information displayed in the window (this is accessed by clicking the text at the bottom of the window which reads "click here for more successful import details".

preference window added where users can fully customize how content appears in their pine addressbook.
