This version of the update is a Beta, this means that it is not complete and has not met our criteria for an official patch.There are several, minor outstanding issues with this version that should not affect enjoyment of the game.An official release will be made available as soon as possible.
This release of Chessmaster fixes the following issues over previous releases:
Resolved incompatibilities with Mac OS X Tiger, allowing personalities to be loaded.
Fixed the calculation of time spent on game analysis.
Resolved issues with invalid FSAA settings.
Clipped windows and dialogs have been fixed.
Chessmaster 9 will suspend operation when in the background.
You will need to install the 1.0.1 patch (http://www.feralinteractive.com/?game=chessmaster9k§ion=patches&file=cm9k1.0.1) before installing this.
