Flash Development without Flash includes a Cocoa App which is used for tracing from Flash Player. It also includes a build setup for using mtasc from TextMate.

Flash Development without Flash is a development enviroment featuring Cocoa tracer and mtasc build files for TextMate.

This is very basic at the moment and not overly simple to setup. I might update this in the future if it gets attention. Please, if you wish, do modify the files, make it better or whatever you want.

Requirements:

mtasc compiler from www.mtasc.org

optionally TextMate for a nice development environment for Flash without using the Flash 8 Dev Env for more than some graphics setup.
