With its ease of use and powerful structure, Contact Keeper is the perfect solution for either client data management or personal use. Contact Keeper is an advanced address book with many unique features. Unlike conventional methods, users are able to store as much contact information as they need. Sick of having to scrape through several address books or sections while doing a phone number lookup? Users can organize their contacts into many easy to manage databases.

With each additional contact added to the database, users have the option of inputting not only names and phone numbers, but also important dates, and any other information that would take up too much room in a regular address book. On top of that, Contact Keeper will act as reminder software, and notify you through a date check if any birthdays or anniversaries are coming up.

Though, the power of this address management software isn't limited to simply storing contacts. It will also act as phone dialing software, providing the ability to use your internal modem to dial their phone number. This is made easy with Contact Keeper's sleek and easy to use interface.

Users can also copy information directly to the clipboard, print off contact information, create pre-addressed printed envelopes and address labels, and change data field names for selected contacts.

Contact Keeper's import and export features will allow you to synchronize your Palm Pilot's address book with the data on your desktop quickly and easily. As well, because Contact Keeper uses the vCard format for storing data, it is also compatiable with Mac OS X's Address Book.
