This widget will display the Word of the Day from dictionary.com (reference.com).

Please note that this is the original Word of the Day widget, not the copy.

Choose from one of 15 colors for the widget to be displayed in
Choose for the widget to have a different, random color each time you load Dashboard
Choose the option to automatically load the new Word of the Day each day, rather than manually clicking “Refresh”.
